Is there a free plan?
Yes. Your first listing kit is free, with no credit card needed. When you want more, Starter gives you 10 listings a month and Pro and Team are unlimited.
Can I edit what Instora writes?
Everything has one-click copy buttons, so you can paste it into your scheduler or editor and change it however you like. You can also update a listing's details any time and regenerate the kit for fresh copy.
Where do buyer enquiries go?
To your Leads page and your inbox, with the buyer's details and where they found you, so you can just hit reply. That includes messages from your listing and agent pages, open house sign-ins, and buyers following a home for updates.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Billing whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your listings, kits and leads stay in your account.
