Billing questions
What are the differences between the plans?
Your first listing kit is free. Starter ($29/month) includes 10 listings a month. Pro ($79/month) adds unlimited listings, your logo and colors, and the PDF kit. Team ($199/month) gives up to 10 agents unlimited listings and everything in Pro, plus a shared team listings view. Listing pages, QR codes, leads, your agent page, open houses and Calendly showings are included on every plan.
What counts as a listing?
Each time you generate a kit, including regenerating one for an existing listing, it uses one listing from your allowance. Viewing, copying, editing a listing's details, or downloading the PDF doesn't.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes, for Pro and Team: pay yearly and get two months free. Starter is monthly only, since its 10 listings reset each month.
Do unused listings roll over to the next month?
No. Your allowance resets at the start of each billing period, and unused listings don't carry over. The free listing is a one-off and doesn't reset.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. Plan changes are handled by Stripe, which shows you exactly what you'll be charged or credited before you confirm.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page whenever you like. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your listings, pages and leads stay in your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards through Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We don't currently accept PayPal or bank transfers.
