Getting started

Instora is an AI-powered marketing kit generator for real estate agents. You enter a listing's details and upload photos, and Instora produces a complete marketing package — Instagram, LinkedIn, and X posts, a video walkthrough script, a branded public landing page, and a downloadable QR code — in under 60 seconds.

No. You can create an account for free with just your email address. A credit card is only required when you subscribe to a paid plan.

Instora uses magic links for authentication — enter your email, click the link we send you, and you're in. No password to remember or reset. The link expires after a short period, so use it promptly.

The required fields are address, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type, and a key highlights section where you describe what makes the property special. Square footage, year built, and neighborhood are optional but improve the quality of the generated content.

Plans and billing

Starter ($29/month) gives you 5 listings per month with all core features — social posts, video script, landing page, and QR code. Pro ($79/month) adds unlimited listings, PDF kit download, and custom branding. Team ($199/month) gives you a shared pool of 50 listings per month across up to 10 agents, plus everything in Pro.

Each time you generate a marketing kit for a property, it uses one listing from your monthly allowance. Viewing, editing, or downloading an existing kit does not use an additional listing.

No. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused listings do not carry forward.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Yes. Cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you'll never be charged after cancelling.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not currently accept PayPal or bank transfers.

Generated content

Most kits are generated in 5–15 seconds. Occasionally it can take up to 30 seconds during periods of high demand.

The generated content is displayed in your dashboard with one-click copy buttons for each piece. Copy it into your preferred tool — social media scheduler, video editor, or email — and edit freely. We don't currently offer inline editing within Instora.

The quality of the output is directly related to the detail you provide in the key highlights field. If the output isn't quite right, try regenerating with more specific information about the property's standout features. You can generate a new kit for the same listing at any time — it will use another listing from your monthly allowance.

No. The AI is instructed to only use information you provide. It will not add details, invent amenities, or make claims about the property that aren't in your input. Always review generated content before publishing.

Yes. Content generated for your listings belongs to you and can be used for any legitimate real estate marketing purpose.

Landing pages and QR codes

Each listing gets a publicly accessible page at instora.io/listing/your-address. It displays the property headline, description, photos, key stats, and your highlights — formatted for sharing. Anyone with the link can view it without logging in.

Yes — that's exactly what it's for. Share the URL in emails, text messages, or social bios. You can also print the QR code on flyers, brochures, and open house signs so anyone can scan to view the listing.

Deleting the listing from your dashboard removes the public page. If you need a page taken down urgently, contact us at support@instora.io and we'll handle it promptly.

On any generated listing's detail page, click 'Generate QR code'. A 512×512 PNG is created and stored. Download it and use it anywhere — flyers, signs, business cards. It links directly to the public landing page.

Teams

One agent creates a team, subscribes to the Team plan, and invites up to 9 others. All members share a pool of 50 listings per month. Any member can generate listings, and they all appear in the shared dashboard. The subscription is billed to the team owner.

Go to the Team page in your dashboard, enter the agent's email address, and click Invite. They'll receive an email with a link to accept. Once they accept and sign in, they become an active team member.

Yes. The team owner and admins can invite and remove members. Regular members can generate listings but cannot manage team membership.

Branding and PDF

Yes, on Pro and Team plans. Go to Settings → Branding to upload your logo, pick a brand color, and set a custom footer name. These are applied to your PDF kits and appear in the header of public listing pages.

The PDF is a four-page branded document: a cover page with the property headline and stats, a social posts page with all platform copy and Instagram hashtags, a video script page sectioned for easy handoff to a videographer, and a landing page copy page with your QR code.

PDF download is available on Pro and Team plans only. Starter plan users can access all the generated content in the dashboard but cannot download the PDF.

Privacy and data

Only you (and your team members, on the Team plan) can see listings in the dashboard. The public landing page is visible to anyone with the link, but your full listing list and generated kit details are private.

No. Your listing content is sent to the AI API to generate your kit and is not used to train any models.

Email us at privacy@instora.io and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. Billing records are retained for seven years as required by law.
