A pitch is a full kit for a home you hope to list. Show the homeowner exactly how you'll market their home, leave them a marketing plan, and publish it in one click when they sign. Pitches are included with Pro and Team.
Create a pitch
On the Listings page, click New pitch (or choose A pitch at the top of the new listing form). Fill it in like a listing; the price field becomes Suggested list price. Generate it, and you get the complete kit.
What you get
- A private preview link of the home's listing page, with a banner saying it's a preview prepared by you. Show it on your tablet at the appointment, or send it to the owner afterwards. The forms on it are shown but don't send anything.
- A one-page marketing plan to print or save as a PDF: what you'll do from day one (listing page, social launch, QR signs, past buyers told first, open houses with digital sign-in, every buyer followed up, a weekly report for them), your results from the last 90 days (if you have listing views), and a QR code to the preview.
- The kit, social graphics and the PDF kit, as for any listing.
It's private
A pitch isn't on your agent page, in search engines or anywhere public. Its normal listing address says "not available". Only people with the preview link can see it.
Pitches don't get open houses, stats, QR codes or "tell past leads" until they're published, since there's no public page yet.
I won the listing
Click I won the listing on the pitch. It becomes a normal, live listing with the same kit and photos: nothing is regenerated. The homeowner's preview link now opens the live page.
Does it count as a listing?
Not until you publish it. Creating or regenerating a pitch doesn't use a listing; I won the listing does.
